Never leave a burning candle unattended
Keep candles away from children and pets
Burn candles on a stable, heat resistant surface
Keep away from drafts and flammable items
Do not move a candle while it is lit or while the wax is hot
Do not use water to extinguish a candle
Stop burning when ten millimetres of wax remains
Before Lighting
Trim the wick to five millimetres before every burn
Remove any debris from the wax surface
Ensure the wick is centred and upright
Place the candle on a heat safe surface
While Burning
Allow the wax to melt to the edges during the first burn
Do not burn for more than four hours at a time
Keep the wax pool free of debris
If the flame grows too high, extinguish and trim the wick
If the vessel becomes too hot, extinguish the candle
After Extinguishing
Use a candle snuffer or gently blow out the flame
Allow the wax to cool completely before moving the candle
Trim the wick before the next use
Store candles in a cool, dry place away from sunlight
Decorated Candles
Keep dried flowers and decorations away from the flame
Extinguish the candle if decorations shift toward the wick
Do not burn decorated candles to the bottom
Wax Melts
Use only in approved melt warmers
Do not add water
Do not overfill
Do not melt for longer than four hours
