All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars and include GST unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept the payment options displayed at checkout.

If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or refund an order before it is shipped.

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you with an alternative option or a full refund.

We ship nationwide within New Zealand.

Delivery time estimates are provided at checkout but may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions or peak periods. Once a parcel is lodged with the courier, delivery time is outside our control.

Please ensure your address is correct when placing an order. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply for resending.
